Nawroz Community - sitemap Learning Find Us Write to us Links Activties Activties Photos Who we are

We started our community because we wanted to provide a centre for people from the Middle East who are now living in the Tees Valley area. We also wanted to provide information about the Middle East to other community groups living in the local area. Have a look and find out who we are and what we are doing.   Let us know what you think and what you would like us to do next!

We run a Saturday school from 10.30am – 1pm for children to learn Kurdish and Arabic, art and Kurdish dancing.  We have a Wednesday evening class for adults to learn Kurdish from 6 – 8 pm.
